Our 24 hour membership office means that you can call in or telephone us at any time to join, change your details, renew your membership or just for any general enquiries. When you call us one of our control staff from our Stoke-on-Trent control room will be on hand to speak to you, 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week! We won't put you through to any automated answer phone or computer.

How to Join

You can join by Applying Online, Ringing 01782 335966, printing off an application form and posting it to us or visiting our membership office, which is located at Warren Street, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 1QD - Details on how to find us can be found on the Contact Us page. Your membership can start instantly or at any chosen date.

If you do not need to use the service throughout the year then when your first year of membership has finished you will be entitled to a no claims bonus when you renew the service.
